The restrooms need toilet seat covers. I appreciate when the therapist leave the hot towel at the end. No one wants to get dressed full of massage oil.

Booking online is difficult website needs repair.

I wanted to find out more about the services that you offered. She said there were new services and a new brochure what she did not have. She could not explain in detail about the services offered. I felt my massage therapist was not experienced enough.

I was very satisfied with my facial. She helped walk me through which products to purchase and did a great job explaining each of them.

Due to corpoartes decision not to add time to the massage for add-ons such as a scalp massage. This add-on now takes away from my 50 minute massage that I pay for monthly as a member.

I usually see a different therapist but the day before my appointment it had to be scheduled with someone else because she was sick.

Front desk was great. Quick service and scheduling. Massage therapist had pride in what she did. Overall experience was pleasant. We will be back

Asked therapist to spend 3/4 of the time on my neck and shoulders. Although he did a good job overall, I specifically wanted that area targeted and didn't get that.

My daughter was scheduled for a 2 hr massag buy because of a schedule error she only received a 30 minute massage
