Just a small suggestion would be to dim the lights before client is entering to avoid seeing spots once in massage bed and eyes are closed.

i asked for "mostly focus on my back/neck as i have so much pain there, but it was not any more focused and i needed it. She did a fantastic job otherwise. I appreciate her unique style, her knowledge which to me was heads and tails above the rest, and her technique. I do wish she had given more TIME to what i needed. The room was cold, and i realize it's that time of year where the weather is slightly changing. One degree warmer would probably work. Too hot of a room would bug me though, so if i had a choice keep it cold, but if you're on top of it, turn it one degree warmer when it is in the 90's. I absolutely dislike/hate the loud air blower. It's an awful loud sound.

I feel welcome when I arrive for my appointment and during the treatment I am comfortable and at ease and relaxed. I walk out feeling like a million bucks!!! :)

Room is always chilly and the lights are too bright. The massage itself was wonderful.

It was average. I have been a member of a competing company prior to hand and stone. This experience was fine, but that is it. Just fine. The store is clean, people are kind, but it isn't exceptional.

When tipping for the service and adding a percentage it should be applied to membership pricing if you are a member and that's what you paid for the service. I asked how much the service was and they told me member pricing which is what I pay but decided to charge me 20% on non member pricing. I told them it was misleading because they just told me it was $79 and they charged 20% of $119. It wasn't adding up. If they tell you what the total is and the customer says give a percentage of that for gratuity it should be on the same amount not an amount that I don't pay and they didn't just say.

He was ok... The stretching was great but unfortunately most of massage was stretching.... my shoulders are still very tight. He also didn't usr enough cream. His pressure was good and he's professional

I was a little disappointed in the fact that the problem area did not receive enough attention and time.

Scheduling has been a little uncertain. Am still highly satisfied with the massage, Lisa is especially good.

I am always comparing my massages to the best therapist I ever had and until I find one who meets that match, I'll continue to be satisfied, but not highly satisfied. I feel like therapists just put way too much elbow and forearm into the massages these days, and not really working out knots with their fingers. I will tell you that my husband had a massage at the same time and he said it was wonderful. The funny thing is that he had a massage therapist that I had had before and I didn't care for her massage at all. I'm going to switch it up and try a male therapist next time. I've had female only; although the best therapist I always compare to, was female, so I don't know. I hope to stumble on another great therapist.
