I love Tonja. I would've canceled my membership by now if I have not found her. She's the best massage therapist I have found in any membership-based massage studio/dpa.

I think overall it was a good experience. I was satisfied.

No reason

i'v been in twice now and your rooms are always too warm and too noisy with the AC fans running.

Although I bought a membership, I was not WOWed when I walked out. I enjoyed my visit enough to give it a shot but not a lot to talk about.

Had to call in 3 times to get someone then rudely put on hold. First two times call went to a answering machine - I asked about a specific service and person phone could not answer - I thought I was getting one type of massage but when I went into room with therapist it was written down as another - no fault to therapist....

Experience was great. I enjoyed coming to get a massage. I would recommend someone to come here.

Suzanne is exceptional at customer focus. She always greets me by using my name. Megan is always personable and professional. I would like the relaxation music during massage to be a little louder as it is sometimes difficult to hear over the fan in the massage rooms. Always feEl special at Hand and Stone and always leave feeling better than when I got there.

I was weirded out by getting a facial from a man.

Therapist's nails were too long.
