I did not connect with Kathryn. She is very clincal. She even told me what time we would be done. Very specific. She doesn't flow like Tonya or Victoria

I felt she didn't personalize her touch & technique. She did all the routine requirements.

I don't recall checking the not satisfied box. Survey would not allow me to go back & review or change my answers.

There continues to be communication challenges between the different Hand and Stone locations. I can appreciate the issue but it truly shouldn't be relied on by me as the client to figure it out. I wish the locations had a more integrated customer data source.

music stopped during massage for about 30 minutes

The lights in the massage room were a little bright. Other than that it was great.

She seemed very unsure of appropriate products to use due the the fact that I use Retin-a, very friendly and I had an overall good experience but she seemed to question herself a lot about which products would be safe to use. I've had facials elsewhere while using retin-a and didn't have the same experience.

Massage therapist started late and did not apply pressure as requested.

First time. Wish to visit more before answering highly satisfied.
