It was a basic massage, I've had better. Would have used an upgrade aromatherapy if offered

I think the cost of the membership is too high and then members are charged an additional transfer fee of 10.00 to transfer a service that has already been paid for by the monthly membership. I'm willing to pay 39.95 per month but 50 minutes is not worth 49.95 per month and then transfer fees added on that

I booked a hot stone but they receptionist put me down for a regular message. Took 5 minutes to check out. Appointment was 10 min late

They did not have the products I prefer for my skin, also when talking about the other products they did have, there was not a sample so that I could try it on my skin before making a big purchase. Also one time I made an appointment to have a Microderm/chemical peel and only one person on the site was able to do it. I made my appointment with that person so I could have it done the next month. But when I came for my appointment I was scheduled with a person that could not do this and was not able to get that done.

Looking for visible results and just generic feedback about skin texture, etc...Will give process more time. Facial feels good, but it appears the "extra" procedures are what will give the results. So in addition to the monthly membership the extra expense of other procedures, gratuity and purchase of product is getting very costly. The services do NOT appear to be excessive in comparison to other places, but it's a lot for me, over $100/mo

Would like to hear each step of what is being done with the product and why during facial.

The therapist did a good job but comparing to the many massages I have had over the years, she does not "stand out" like a few do, however, that being said, I would see her again.

It was a very good experience and it did meet my expectations. I think maybe because my appointment was one of the last ones that day probably had something to do with the staff not going above and beyond to make me feel as welcomed.
