The manager Jenn and massage therapist Alex are amazing! Jenn has such a great attitude. Alex is amazing and he knows exactly what people need to feel better.

Andrea was very nice and very knowledgeable and very gentle during my facia . The staff was also very nice. I’m glad I was able to relax and enjoy myself .

Candice is very friendly. I trust her to choose the kind of facial that would be most appropriate for me. She knows the products well!

Have used this Hand and Stone location for many years, and over the last 4 appointments have used Justin as my go-to therapist. He is excellent and also tends to areas that I tell him that need more attention. Very friendly and will always go to Justin for future appointments.

I try to see Amy once a month. Everyone does a great job. I like the price, rewards, and specials

Amy is great. She goes above and beyond. Other therapist there dont do the extras like she does. I like the towel under the neck when on back - I wish they all did this. And I like the covering of the eyes when on back. I wish there was aromatherapy every time as part of your spa - just always have the rooms smelling more like a spa and not have to pay extra just for a drop of oil. I would like the therapist to be more consistent with the eye cover and towel under neck.

Amanda was highly skilled and used techniques that were very effective for my problem areas!!!
