Amazing therapist!! Best massage! Very knowledgeable on all the perfect pressure points. She deserves a raise!

Receiption associates were not wearing masks. High unsatisfactory! Cases are so high and they were not wearing protection for themselves or customers. Will not return or recommend until virus is quite lower in the community, since I can’t count on the upfront associates to do this due to company policy? Or lack there of.

Friendly staff. I only like one esthetician there and it’s hard to schedule when I want. You’ve lost some great ones. I hope the one good one stays!

I came in feeling not so great but the massage help put my mind at ease and I left feeling way better than when I entered. I ended up taking a nap and felt so refreshing when I awoke at home :)

The massage room was a little bit cold. The therapist rubbed on my bones in one area instead of on the muscle so my bone is very sore.

My monthly facial with Alexis was excellent as always. She addressed areas of concern that we have discussed previously and are working to improve. I am able to relax after a long day and know that I am in good hands.

My therapist was wonderful! I walked out finally feeling relaxed and shoulder pain was gone .

The receptionist is always friendly upon my arrival and greet me right away. The time I have to sit and wait for my massage to start is never very long and the therapist is always friendly and does a wonderful job. Everyone I've encountered at this location is top notch and I highly recommend this Hand & Stone.

Amy was great. She was careful not to aggravate existing injuries. I explained my need for care in certain areas and she did a great job.
