The staff is always very friendly and helpful, Hand and stone has some of the best massage therapist ever. They beat out all others. Always listen to what my needs are and pinpoint any issues I have and need help with.

They are next door to my GNC Store and my current massage therapist had retired during COvid. I needed a new place to help with my aches and pain. I wasn't sure about going to a chain store but I had a very good experience.

Hand and stone makes it easy to make an appointment as well as give great information about the products. I enjoyed Sharon my massage therapist. She is great!

I added the enhancement of hot stone massage and I felt that it was a waste of time, I felt the therapist spent more time focusing on those. The room was to warm for my taste. My main focus area was my neck and I don’t feel she focused on that enough.

I saw Alex for my 80 minute session, he hit all the key areas mentioned. I have not received many massages but this was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. He was very thorough and the flow was so smooth. I would 100% recommend Alex!

Jessica is the best massage therapist! She does deep pressure, stretches me, and my pain is always much less after my massages.

Mirka is the best. Very attentive to my needs of therapy. I recommend Hand and Stone to anyone that I talk to about getting massages.

I look forward to my monthly massages at Hand Stone! Kristen is amazing and always gives me the perfect balance of relaxation while working out all the aches and pains!She is very professional and friendly at the same time.

Not all are applicable to this appt but here are a few things bothersome. Overall though I am very happy with services when I go to this location. 1) tick tock of a clock ticking 2) room was too cold 3) sometimes can hear commotion if in room next to breakroom 4) would prefer the therapist always puts a hot towel under neck - some do some dont? same with hot towels on feet - some do some dont?
