Candace is if not THE best one of the best I have ever had. Her attention and explanations are thorough - she knows her products and exactly what my skin needs. Receptionist (I think Kennedy?) is great. She's so friendly and always greets me by name. Gets me in and out quickly, but gives any extra time I need to check out without issue. I have been to many Hand and Stone locations and Chandler is one of the best!

The therapist spends time on areas that are really tight and ensures the pressure is good.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire salon. The prices are somewhat over priced like you'd see on an exclusive vacation.

I felt safe, they all wore masks. My therapist was wonderful as usual because she listens to my needs, and i like her protocol, how she starts and ends the sessions. She took time to notate my issues and really worked on them. She also provides feedback which I appreciate. What i mean is she will notice say the inflammation on the right part of my lower back. Little details like that i really like.

The massage was very beneficial to my needs. Worked on my pain points. Was able to extend time needed to complete due to complex area needed.
