I went for a facial but I wasn’t sure what I was getting since on the website it wasn’t specific. So when the esthetician asked me what kind of facial I booked I said I don’t know because I didn’t know. Which had her explain the options and I picked from what my concerns were and what she suggested.

I walked in expecting the strip mall feel of Massage Envy, but this wasn't even close. It felt much more like a higher end spa. The 2 receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. My therapist confirmed what I requested, and hit on everything we discussed during my treatment. I could not have asked for anything more, it was a great experience.
