My therapist has consistently worked on problem areas and effectively helps reduce tension. She also is very knowledgeable and always walks me through what techniques and muscles she will be working on. She is always punctual and very easy to talk to.

The facials have made a fantastic improvement for me. The texture, less pigment, less visible lines... I look forward to my visits every month.

Receptionist greeted me immediately and very approachable! Massage room ambiance wonderful. Very clean always. Therapist zeros in on my problem areas after a discussion before the massage starts.

Everyone I encountered from the staff was friendly and professional. There was no “hard sell.” My aesthetician is excellent. I never feel like I’m treated as an “old lady” (I’m 63) I wish I could come every week!

I was pleased that I was told what she was applying to my face during the microderm facial. Skyler was also friendly and gentle. And she was knowledgeable about the products to use on my face. I could definitely see a difference in my skin afterwards! I am very happy with results.

I called on a Friday morning at 9:00 am and was able to secure an appointment at 11:00 am. While the gift certificate I had covered an 80 minute massage, I was able to apply the same gift certificate to two 50 min massage appointments. While that was not made clear at the beginning, I left very satisfied with the outcome. The therapist was great...the receptionists were friendly, but again, not clear in sharing up front the actually gift certificate information vs. service receiving. All good though!

Called in the am , was able to get in same day with Belen. She is excellent.

Alexis was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel like she rushed through anything which I really appreciated. If I come back, I will request her again! I had already cancelled my membership but she is making me reconsider!
