Both services, massage and facial were excellent. I was only disappointed with the receiptionist as she did not speak up, there was little eye contact. However, she was very patient with me while trying to help me figure our a good appointment time for the next visit.

I've always enjoyed visiting Hand & Stone, but Nash has made me a devotee. Not only is he an absolute joy to be around, just immediately lifting everyone's energy, he's also an incredibly talented and thoughtful massage therapist. He checks in and listens to what you need, is careful with his movements and transitions to ensure comfort, and knows exactly the right techniques for whatever ails you. My ever-problematic neck and shoulders had been causing daily headaches, but I came out of my appointment feeling 1,000 times better. As long as Nash works at H&S, I'll definitely be a regular customer.
