Love the ambiance and my therapist Melissa! She is the very best and I look forward to seeing her!

I've been going to this Hand and Stone monthly for several years now. My current therapist, Sharon, is excellent and knows right where the knots are in my body. I feel very relaxed when I leave and a few days later I feel like a million bucks!

Felt that during the pandemic they should have been more transparent with the massage therapist havring had a vaccine for Covid. LaTerra is am excellent therapist. Others-can’t remember her name who did a facial - not happy with.

The person who took my call was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions when I booked my appointment. She happened to check me out on my appointment day and remembered talking to me and followed up with my questions. The esthetician was WONDERFUL. I would definitely book an appointment with her again and recommend her to friends.

For over a year I was a member of your club. Due to financial difficulties I could no longer continue my membership but I did very much enjoy it while I was there. I booked what I thought was my final appointment only to be serviced to then be charged $100 because my certificate had expired eight days prior. I spoke with the manager and she would not make an exception so I will not be back.
