I have not been to Hand and Stone due to COVID for 3 months. I had been dissatisfied with the skills of prior aestheticians. The protocols had not been followed in the services, ie she used her hands to do the extractions versus a tool.. Long nails hurt me,

Maseus was excellent with use of HimalayanStones and applied appropriate pressure to each area. She is excellent at knowing where my greatest problems are. She managed to cover all my problem areas. She's the best!

My massage therapist was great. When discussing a misunderstanding on my part during the scheduling; she offered a solution. I was able to extend the time of my massage and was very happy.
