Recognizing that this is a franchise business, it was a very pleasant experience. The waiting area was very busy, which is good for the business, but not necessarily relaxing or spa like. My therapist was lovely and listened to what I wanted covered during my massage .

Asked about my preferences. Was very relaxing. Was very good at doing facial and answering any questions I had. Ashley was excellent
