My massage and facial were wonderful but I was not pleased with the fact that I could not break a large bill to have change for gratuity. I feel as though since I was getting a service done I'd be able to get change made. It would be different if I was just coming in from outside not buying anything. Thank goodness one of your neighboring stores was nice enough to do it for me.
