I got a call, text and email to confirm my appointment but then another call saying they made a mistake and booked it on the esthetician's lunch hour. She is the only reason I go there. That said, I did book a massage instead of the intended facial and he was great. I was unhappy though with how they handled the facial situation.

I was able to secure a facial appt in one day of calling. Ashley was excellent, informative and professional. She recommended a scrub to purchase. The Hand and Stone location was close and clean.

My therapist is skilled and responsive. I'm so glad you brought back variety to the music - it makes such a difference. When it was just the same song over and over it was quite annoying and took away from the experience. However, now things are back to being pleasant and relaxing!
