The front desk person offered me water when I arrived then gave me a tablet to fill out my info. When I was finished I was greeted by my therapist and he gave the room number and directions. A very upbeat tone in his voice and a personal greeting using my name, very nice I thought.

I volunteer at an animal rescue, you never know what to expect but the work is hard, I go to H & S to get relief from back stress and Mike is excellent at helping me! I feel so relaxed for a few days after my visit! I just wish I could come more!
