Therapist was great. However I felt my visit was a little short. My friend went in before me, I waited about 6 minutes and I came out before her by about 2 minutes. Receptionist (she looks Russian) was quite pleasant. I will be back!

The product knowledge should be for the aestheticians to explain once they're done the service. It should not be placed on the front desk girls who are not certified in the products, to explain it. Pricing has gone up, but nothing has changed. Wish there was more bang for the buck.
