The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. My massage therapist, Lexxie, did an amazing job and could not have made it a better experience.

Since becoming a member at H&S I feel the staff has become part of our extended “family”. Jessica in reception is always welcoming as well as very efficient and knowledgeable. Vanessa, my therapist, has made the effort to learn my particular needs and tailors the pressure to whatever is going on on any given day.

I had very bad neck and shoulder pain and the massage helped me finally get relief from the pain, I will be back this Saturday as well!!!
