My experience was very good. The massage was what I expected and the therapist was very flexible to my needs. Receptionist did not tell me about specials until I asked and then could not the special very well. The receptionists need to be warm, welcoming and engaging. I did not get that feeling from the two at the desk.

Nico was highly knowledgeable and helpful with issues I have been having. He gave me tips to help. Not just about massage and stretching but sleeping and other helpful things.

Massage therapist was very good and listened to exactly what I asked for. Ease of scheduling. Pricing.

My esthetician, Kathryn, is highly knowledgeable and very skilled. She’s fabulous!

Because the facial treatment irritated my skin, but Sam had warned me before she applied it that it shouldn't feel painful, and removed it promptly once I alerted her to the problem. While that part of the service wasn't fun, she did a great job overall.

Always friendly staff, from calling to make the appointment, showing up for my appointment, and the therapist. I am always made to feel welcome. I also appreciate the options available for beverages - water, hot tea.

I've been to Hand and Stone two times now and both experiences were great. I am just very picky on how someone releases my aches and pains, but both times they did a good job. I'm still on the search for the perfect massage therapist, so I will continue to go here till I find the "just right" therapist.

I have had a membership here for almost a year and I’ve had zero complaints. The receptionists are all so friendly and helpful But Elena is what keeps me coming back. She is amazing and I will continue my membership as long as she is doing massages! I am highly satisfied with my membership with you guys and at this location!

Rachel is FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable and listens to issues and concerns with ongoing pain. also does great relaxing techniques. I noticed infused water or water of any kind hasn't been available in the reception area any longer. I did appreciate that before my appointments. Some receptionist are very friendly others seem preoccupied with other duties. Also, therapists sitting behind desk on their cell phone does not seem professional. I'm in the service industry and I tend to notice the good and bad of the Front of the house people. I appreciate the little perks and specials offered. Overall I come back because of Rachel and the location.

Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to ask questions to find out what were the possible causes of pain and/or soreness. He explained what happens when certain muscles aren't used, the loss of flexibility, etc. Very helpful information.
