The staff makes you feel very special. I like that we are spending our disposable income to do spa treatments. It is important that the customer feels their are using it wisely.

Katherine is the first and only staff that I have ever had to facials. Her professionalism, gentle touch and positive attitude are great! She answers all of my questions and concerns. She is the main reason I stay a member at Hand and Hand.

The therapist was very nice and asked exactly why I was there. She spent time on the area's I felt need the most attention. The area had a nice calming effect.

I really enjoyed my time here. It was my very first time and my massage therapist was extremely friendly and very informative!

My therapist Layla is wonderful - she listens to my needs and tailors accordingly. She is very strong which I need. I also think she uses the right amount of essential oil when I purchase the add-on

Layla is very attentive to my needs and good at asking about any particular problem areas and purpose of massage. She is respectful of my request for quiet and does not talk unnecessarily.

I am very pleased with my facial services that I schedule monthly and I find the entire staff, but especially Katherine who has done my facial the last 2 times to be friendly and helpful. Gina is also amazing!
