The staff are very pleasant & friendly! I love the atmosphere here, one of the reasons I cancelled my membership at a different facility. Love the offerings, events and flexibility I have w/including family members for massages-everyone has been treated wonderfully and are also ALL VERY SATISFIED with the change to Hand & Stone. THANK YOU:)!

John did an excellent job. He very subtly recommended the Himalayan Salt Stones (amazing upsell on his part) which were marvelous and did exactly what he said they would do. For being a new graduate, he did very, very well.

My therapist, Vanessa, is such a kind, smiling presence and always listens to what I'd like her to work on at each session. Her hands are so soothing and I always leave feeling relaxed and yet rejuvenated. I will always book my appointments with her!

There was a very calming atmosphere when walking in. Everybody was very welcoming and kind. It was all around very relaxing. Highly recommend.
