Personable service. They know my name. They treat their other customers with care. Relaxing atmosphere. The employees are friendly.

Sierra is wonderful! She is friendly and truly cares about making the experience positive and helpful for her clients. She does really well with massages and also targeting specific areas. She has a lot of knowledge about massage as well as skin care.

Great relaxation and works out knots and tension too.

I have NEVER had a bad massage at Hand and Stone. Every time I come here I leave feeling relaxed and with significantly less pain than before my appointment. I continue to come back to Hand and Stone because no matter who I see, I end up feeling better, and that is not always the case at other massage specialists I have been to.

The receptionists are always warm and friendly. I would like for them to remind me when setting up appointments what freebies I have available however. My massage therapist is my new favorite! The level of pressure... the fact that I mainly like to relax and close my eyes so not much talking is preferred but I do like some and Jesse knows just the right amount of everything! Very strong hands but not leaving me in more pain then when I arrive like one experienced at other spas!

It's a bright sunny place to walk into that matches the bright sunny staff personalities. Being a member lets me treat myself without putting it off - great program.

The massage therapist was very professional, but still friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable, which allowed me to relax and really enjoy my massage experience. I had one area in particular that I asked her to work on, and she accommodated me in that request. My entire experience was wonderful!

I was able to call in for appt and was able to get in same day. Everyone was friendly and positive.
