I have tried the other two competitors, massage Retreat and Massage Envy. Hand and Stone is clean and inviting. Modern decor. No high pressure sales tactics to join.

My therapist is awesome. She is knowledgeable and can relieve my muscle tension. However, I am extremely disappointment that you are now charging extra for deep tissue therapy. I feel that our massage price should cover that. It makes my membership that much more expensive and will have to determine if I will be able to afford my massages as this is the only kind of massages that give me relief.

First time with this massage therapist, who was very accommodating, personable, knew the areas to address with correct amount of pressure. I was experiencing some sharp neck pain especially on the right side during movement, which he relieved; the next day my neck felt much better. I returned a few days later to same person due to aggravated strain from work and he did a good job at relieving some of the renewed pain.

I love the ambiance of the waiting area, staff is exceptionally friendly and I always get a wonderful massage from the massage therapist.

My therapist is the first I've had that can do deep tissue without causing me pain. She knows where she can push and where to go easy. She also cracks my up with her humor.
