Hand and Stone is easy to work with from setting the appointment, to checking in, to obtaining the service, and closing the appointment. The facility is neat and clean and has a welcoming ambience.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have gotten amazing massages every time I go there. I see Elena (I don’t know how to spell her name correctly) and I am so happy after every massage. I have back pain and monthly massages have help greatly. I always enjoy seeing her every month!

I love how flexible and reasonable the staff are. I have had very friendly interactions with everyone I've encountered. I was able to get my mom to sign up for the membership after I had gifted her a massage. Her therapist was very knowledgeable on what she needed and his recommendations for her. Therefore, I'm satisfied with how I've been treated and how everyone has treated people I've referred! I also love the sales on some of the products that you sell!

Shavonna is just great always professional and warm. She always ask me about certain areas of my body where she may feel knots or stress to help me figure out how she can help and what i can do until my next visit. And Jessica (i think thats the receptionist with the dark black hair - just love her too.
