Hand and Stone

I’ve always loved hand and stone. The staff and all so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating and the therapists and knowledgeable and ask questions and do a good job.

My therapist Vanessa listened to my concerns and did a great job. The staff was friendly and my appointment was on time.

Lexie was wonderful! I hope Hand and Stone in Maple Grove continue to have her as an employee. Lexie worked on my lower left back which was driven by a tight glut muscle. She worked on my glut muscle politely through the sheet. My back hasn't felt this wonderful in over a year. I will continue to see Lexie on a consistent basis. I have hope that if I continue to see her that I'll begin to take up running again which will improve my overall health. The Hand and Stone location in Maple Grove is very relaxing and convenient.

I love Geena who does my facial and so thrilled Salena is back for massages, they both take the time to explain things, love their job and are actually happy to see me. Jessica up front is so friendly and sweet love calling and booking my appt with her.

Very happy with ease of scheduling the appointment and the welcoming environment. Didn’t have to wait and got in and out on time! My massage therapist Rachel did an amazing job at working on target areas and getting knots out. Will definitely be coming back to see her again! My wife and I always enjoy our couples massages, Niko and Rachel always do amazing work!

She listened to what I wanted. Was given 50 minutes. In past there have been times I only got 45 minutes.

The staff has always been cheerful and helpful. The place is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. My massages have been great and my therapists have listened attentively to my concerns.

Rachel was incredible! She was professional but so nice. She loves what she does and it shows. She is a keeper!

Even though there was a member of the reception staff late or missing, the people that were there were extremely polite, helpful and apologetic.

Sharonda is fabulous!!! She should get a raise for sure :)
