I was given the appt same week. I did not have to wait in the wait area long. The therapist took care of the prob area well , I want to see her back and not have her leave like some of the others I really liked, joy, maree. Want venessa to stay.

Seng was knowledgeable and skilled at manage therapy. I asked for some specific work and he accommodated me. He has a good touch and I can tell that very quickly into a massage.

Jessica at reception treats us like old friends and always makes us feel welcome. Vanessa, my therapist, remembers all my quirks (like no music and no heat on the bed) and always has the room ready to go. No wasting time on ambience adjustments. She has also mastered just the right amount of pressure to maximize the benefit of my massage.
