Katherine is the best. She makes the experience relaxing. She is so calm and quiet when speaking to you during your service while keeping you informed as to what she is doing.

I thought the place was very clean. The management and staff were very nice and helpful. My massage was very relaxing and helped me relieve stress and aches in my back.

Reception was friendly and welcoming. Rachel my therapist was very professional. This is only my second professional massage in my life so I'm still a little weirded out about it. Nervous. That went away once the session began though. It was great and I felt much more at ease. I do wish there was something under the face rest to rest my hands on though. I'm tall so in order to really try and relax my hands were touching the floor when I let them hang down.

I go to Hand & Stone for Vanessa—she is the best massage therapist I have found. She knowledgeable and she is highly skilled at what she does to my body! I tried many therapist before I found her—and I will keep coming back as long as she is there. The rest of the experience—in terms of ambience and friendliness is great—love your receptionists and their upbeat but genuine responses. Great people work at this location.

Tom, my therapist was very knowledgeable. He helped with my shoulder pain as well as my knee pain. He gave me stretches to try that might help in between massages.
