Have been a regular client of Rachael C. from her previous employer and am going to change my membership to H&S. Nice facility, product offering and front desk help.

Everyone from the owner to the receptionists are incredibly friendly, and genuinely care about you having the best possible experience. My massage therapist, Leila, was absolutely incredible. She is definitely a master of massage!

Tracy is always extremely friendly and takes time to focus on what it is I need during the session. She is very personable, which makes the experience that much better.

Sierra was awesome and friendly. She listened to my needs about light pressure and was fabulous. She also forfeited her break to take my appointment since my original therapist had to leave unexpectedly.

I had a membership in the past and canceled because for two massages I was shorted by about 10 minutes each time. When I booked this appointment and declined membership I was asked why and when I explained they were very apologetic and encouraged me to try again .... I chose to try again and based on my first time back I am glad I did.

Therapist Tracey recommended and modeled a couple stretches that might be helpful for me to do at home. The reception area and restroom were impeccably clean. While speaking with the receptionist on the phone, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and took more than adequate time to assure that I had all my questions answered.

When there was a problem, they offered a free hand treatment service. My massage therapist listened to my problem areas and worked hard to focus on this areas. I felt much improvement after. My esthetician was very friendly.
