Front desk staff are always very friendly and willing to ask about my needs, accommodate any special requests and greet me by name.

I love the ambiance of the receptionist area, and the receptionists are very friendly.

I appreciated the ambiance and the feel of the spa. Although a bit pricey, the staff did a fantastic job. I would go back twice a year or so due to price.

Jessica the receptionist knows me, greets me warmly and makes me feel welcomed. Tom the massage therapist was incredible as he listened to my issues and used his vast knowledge to improve my well being.

Laura remembered who I was. She knew the brow tint formula without having to look it up

I loved my experience because the therapist was very nice, we had a good conversation going and she was very strong and was able to hit all the perfect spots. If I had the money I would be back asap.
