Both service providers were fantastic. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I’ve seen Diana multiple times and every single has exceeded my expectations. She’s amazing at what she does.

They were very welcoming and asked how my skin was feeling that day. Gave me samples after which made me very satisfied. Took their time explaining things.

The only reason is the friendly receptionists and Shavonna. She is absolutely amazing and if it weren't for her I would no longer be a member because of how much Hand & Stone nickel and dime you. I typically get a couples massage with my husband and we are charged $20 extra dollars just for a couples massage. I find this extremely ridiculous to be charged extra when we are taking up one less room than we would if we went individually.

Massage therapist applied right amount of pressure when asked in the beginning; price is very reasonable. Went back and requested same therapist; easy to get an appointment scheduled during the day.
