Geena is the best aesthetician that I've experienced at this location. She makes me feel comfortable about my skin care concerns, and she is pleasant, but let's my fully experience my facial in silence. Her massage is very thorough, and while I find that in my past experiences, the shoulder/neck rub takes place while a masque isn't on and it seems like a waste. Geena ensures the masque is on for the maximum time, which is more effective. Also, she remembers what masque I prefer, and she always does it exactly like I expect every time. I have a membership and will continue to book with Geena every time.

I have been coming to Hand and Stone regularly for a few months now and have always been pretty satisfied. Due to my schedule I had to make my appointment with a different esthetician this time. It's always hard going to someone new but I was SO glad that I did. I was very satisfied with this staff member and will be going to her from now on. She was more thorough and easier to make small talk with. I had gone in planning not to reschedule immediately this time, but after having such a satisfying experience I was happy to set up another appointment with her in a few weeks.
