I arrived for a facial and they offered me an add on massage afterwards at a discounted rate. That was a nice surprise. The aesthetician that completed my facial addressed all my concerns and was well educated. She made product recommendations regarding items carried at Hand & Stone, provided a handout for me to use as reference & she also suggested a cosmetic product (makeup) available from another vendor. The advice I received was excellent. As for my massage - the therapist paid attention to detail and was respectful and quiet, which made me feel very relaxed. I had a great experience and feel refreshed after my visit.

Carolyn was my therapist and she made me feel very comfortable, and asked before hand if there's any areas I'm concerned about. She did a great job working on the areas I was concerned with.

Both Kathryn and Niko were personable, professional, knowledgeable, talented and just beyond amazingly fantastic experts at what they do! I was super impressed with their work.

Katherine's knowledge was exceptional, as was her thoroughness and skill with the facial and microdermabrasion. Her massage technique was also exceptional with the perfect amount of pressure for proper lymph drainage to clear congestion from the face and neck area. My skin was absolutely glowing afterwards and felt very light and vibrant. I would highly recommend Katherine to my friends.

Everything was great. I had a Groupon and used it for me and my son--it was his idea to go and do this. Really glad we went. The reception area was very nice, staff were all great and did a good job at explaining additional services without being "pushy" to sell something, the massage therapist was very knowledgeable and really spent quality time in my problem areas; and gave me some suggestions on things I can to do help myself. My son thought it was a great experience as well. We will come back.
