Leila is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She gives me the pressure I'm always looking for and gives me advice of things I can do after the massage to help my problem areas. She comes highly recommended!

The massage I received was unique in that it involved actually stretching the mussles that were sore.

Diana is highly competent working out the kinks. Very friendly staff. The massage room is relaxing makes me feel calm.

Diana Oberg is an excellent therapist. She listens to my requests and always addressed them appropriately. The pressure is always just right for me. Her touch feels healing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Hand and Stone to friends. Jane
