Hand and Stone

Very nice spa. All the therapists have been great! The only thing I would say negatively is that the receptionist refers to everyone as "honey" or "sweetie" and it's rather disconcerting. I'm 55 years old and for a young girl to call us all that just seems kind of off-putting. Don't mean to complain ... just thought I'd mention it. Other than that little thing ... I love the spa.

Sarah at Maple Grove MN did a great job listening to my needs. I will definitely be back to get a massage from her. The only issue I had with Hand & Stone is that I wish the schedule had more availability.

All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Massage therapist is great with meeting my massage needs. Great with working out my knots and aches and pains. I feel very relaxed after.

I love Tom my therapist - he contributes to my over all health and well being. His massages are amazing and he knows my body. I could not imagine not having him in my life. I wish they would change the pictures in his room. and for oils...I bring my own Doterra.

The whole experience was amazing. From the call, to check in, massage, and after. Emily relieved so much tension and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I already can't wait to return.

The facility is very nice and comfortable. The receptionists are always friendly and cheerful. The massage therapist I use (always the same person) is very professional, and she gives a wonderful massage. I have always been completely satisfied.

I really like the way the place feels, the internal spa area and the friendliness of the staff. There is no high power selling.
