I thought the experience was wonderful. The phone service by one particular receptionist was not friendly and welcoming. I prefer to not be called hunny in a professional setting and thought she should be more accommodating when cancelling and rescheduling my appointment. The service was fabulous. I would return to the same clinician. Looking forward to more visits.

It's very relaxing and easily the best part of my day. I loved the girl who did my facial. She did a great job and will ask for her upon my return.
