Hand and Stone

Shelly is amazing! When I was outside she already knew who I was. When I came inside we started our conversation right where we left off a few months ago. She asked about how things in life were and we always have great conversations during my facials. I will only book her for my facials :-) The ladies and gentleman that were at the desk were very polite and fun. We couldn't locate the upgrades I had on my acct and it was no problem at all. I always like coming in because it doesn't matter how long it has been since my last visit, they all call me by name. That really shows that they do care and I am not just another appt. I treated my sisters to massages and 1 sister only wanted her arm worked on...yes I know seems silly but she got exactly what she wanted and she bragged about how awesome her arm felt and still feels. Bottom line, I will drive the 1 hour drive anytime to come and see these amazing ladies and gentleman here at hand and stone in Maple Grove.

Therapist was precise and worked my specific areas of concern as I requested. She was polite, not overly talkative and informative when asked questions.

I have major back pains from caring a heavy baby. I have been to other places for massages and have been to the chiropractor with no relief at all. After my massage the next day I woke up with almost no pain in my back at all amazing!!!
