I want to feel like I’m getting the value for the full hour. Seems like it starts a few minutes late and end a few minutes late. The price is too high to not get the full time

Was highly satisfied

Was not told of what was happening of what products used and what it does to or for my skin and also nothing said of when session ended. Just up and left.

only received 45 minutes of service but I paid for 60 minutes

I did not like the fact that I could not use my gift card for an introductory rate massage. I was given the gift card by my daughter in law to use for a massage but was told I’d have to pay full price in order to use it. That is ridiculous to me since it was my first visit. A gift card should be treated as cash!!

Joined at a different location which i loves. While this location has improved it still stresses me out to go. Very much like Kai and his reliability. I have a hard rime lining my schedule to Kai's.

My massage was not the best. I felt the instructions were not followed. There were many issues with this location and a Manager was supposed to get back to me. Not only did a Manager never followed through when I stated I will be canceling my membership but also the receptionist made excuses upon excuses.

Pretty expensive

I was felt very satisfied with my massage therapist. She is awesome. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, but she was clearly busy as I was about to checkout, dealing with the phones and people lining up to check in/out. It seems like front desk is understaffed. I was hoping to have more consistent facials but was disappointed to find that it’s a revolving door with the aestheticians. My last facial was done by someone who seemed like she didn’t really know what she was doing, and I don’t want to be spending my money on that.

The apps doesn’t work. The therapists keep canceling my time. I have to talk to someone to reschedule and it takes awhile to tech by time vs therapist.
