Not sure. I just wasn’t amazed

I was disappointed when I tried to use points to pay for my massage and the receptionist told me I could not because I didn't book it using points. That seems ridiculous that at the time of service I cannot do that.

The service I went in for was great. However, there was confusion in the value of my gift cards and the staff ended up ruining my birthday gift surprise accidentally. (They disclosed I had additional gift cards from my boyfriend-unfortunately he had not yet given them to me so he was bummed the surprise was ruined.)

I would like to receive more massages, so I have something to compare the first one to. When I left my massage I was feeling relaxed and stress-free.

The enrollment fee. Just stop it. The intro price is $80 but will go to $140 is you don't bow to the high pressure gimmick of we'll waive the $99 enrollment fee if you sign up now to a monthly charge. Just charge a reasonable price without a package. Just like tanning salons. Stop it!

The overhead music, I believe, is supposed to be relaxing, but the sound system is so static that it makes it hard to relax, it's annoying. Fix it!

The massage service is too expensive and not enough of my payment goes to the actual masseuse. THEY are the reason I come back. Treat them BETTER with higher pay and benefits. Thus place is too corporate and the customer feels that. I cant afford this membership and your freeze options are not enough. Quarterly membership cadences are needed. PLEASE offer them!

The music was cracking the whole time so it was not relaxing.
