Seems silly, yet it is important. I received a $167.94 custom gift card. While the service provided was $139.00, when I present the gift card for redemption. She simply said, "Wonderful! This will cover your tip also." The problem is that it was assumed I wanted to leave a $28 tip. Tip is not assumed or should not be applied and left for the customer to determine that value. Period.

The cost has gone up a lot since I started my membership. I'm not happy about that.

I felt that the cost of the massage wasn’t worth what I received. She did a great job the prices are too expensive.

Did not get the feeling that this is a very classy place. Receptionists were chatting/gossiping while I was in the waiting area. Esthetician wasn’t very professional. Was more concerned about getting started and staying on time than answering my questions. Did not provide aftercare instructions - service felt rushed.

Massage started well past 5:45pm and I arrived about 15 minutes early. Typically I would expect consult to begin at start time. The massage also seemed to end prematurely. 50 min is generally the allotted actual time for a 60 min appt. The $15 add-on for scalp massage was not worth it... the service was brief at best. I understand they likely shave off even more time since it's a promotion but I'm not sure I'll keep the new membership based on lack of actual time provided. I was also surprised to see my massage therapist already taking her next customer back when I was still checking out. Mainly it makes me worried about proper room sanitation/washing hands. I would expect them to need at least 10-15 min between customers for proper turnover.

As instated before I was not aware until recently off he thousands of points I have and then when I went to use them on cbd with a recommendation of my therapist at check out they said it was not covered with points and charged me $30

The therapist I used cancelled a few times where I had to re-schedule. Also, signing the last consent gives us no options for the cl it ent to cancel. It is alright if your business does, yet not the client

I understand that appointments allow time to undress/dress and speak with the therapist before, it just seems that every 1 hour massage is really only ever 40, maybe 45 minutes long. I also know it is up to me to book a longer appointment should I feel I need one, but if I can't trust an hour to be the 50 stated minutes, than I wouldn't spend extra money for the possibility of extra time

Prices continue to rise and I feel more inappropriate charges are imposed upon the customer along with higher tips expected as well. They charge me if I want to gift some of my massages to relatives.
