Morgan was excellent. However, when leaving, I was using one of my husband's monthly membership fees for this service both corporate terms and conditions state 3 transfers per year allowed. Also sign at front desk confirms this as a membership benefit where member fees are stated but no other fees are indicated for a transfer. That said, the hand and stone establishment charges an additional $10 fee to a transfer. Under common law a legal disclosure must be made to charge this fee. They are hiding a fee and demanding payment without exception. Unable to show in wring anywhere that this is a know fee. No reconciliation was offered. The amount is not significant but the point is it is not disclosed.

I look forward to my monthly massage. The only suggestion is that it doesn't always appear that the time starts on time and the full hour massage is given. With the amount we pay, I want to maximize the value.
