Appointment started 10 minutes late but still ended on time

I liked that the receptionist was kind and informative. The massage therapist looked disheveled, I was surprised to see. I liked them to be well kept. She was very nice and conversational though so I liked that. I was 7 mins late to the room due to paper work. Wish they send that via email so it could be done ahead of time. I was saddened that I didn't get massages for for the whole hour. She ended early by a few minutes. She didn't tell me that I was done. She said said alright there you go. She left the room. I assumed she was done so I got dressed. She did give me a cup of water and walked me to the door of reception area. I wish there was a more tranquil room to change and rest in before I was called in for a massage. That would have been nice. I experienced that before somewhere else and it was very nice.

Ur self-check in system did not work. I was in the store already but it would not let me check in. I had to wait and the appointment should start on time but some minor delay?

As stated before, home membership is St. Louis Park. I usually go to Maple Grove for the couple’s massage. So I get charged $10 for not going to my home store.

I had a facial and a massage. My facial was a nice, relaxing experience. My massage therapist was a bit rude and made the experience less than relaxing.

Price is way to high! I started at $49.99 and was assured that if I bought in and became a member "NOW,, TODAY, That my price is locked in"! But that was a lie!

Don't like the check in process

inconsistency in massage overall each time I come in depending on the time of day and mood of therapist

There were too many people talking with me after my massage. I felt like they had to pressure me to buy the monthly package because of company expectations.They were nice but I felt pressured by them.
