Overall, I enjoyed my massage. The negative aspect I experienced is either my therapists breath or just smell. It kind of smelled like stale beer and/or old cigarettes. We are in close proximity of each other and I have a very good sense of smell in addition to having aromatherapy as an upgrade and I could still smell it.

cannot find the therapist I like. Also, there was one appointment prior to 6/9/23 appointment, I had a bit of late start. I would like therapist to be on time.

My massage therapist was amazing

I was called to say there was a $10 upgrade I had not been charged for. My massage therapist is considered a senior therapist which I did not know. I also didn’t know that I had to pay more until after the fact.

Receptionist was to forthcoming about the details of her “baby daddy” situation and the sales pressure to buy expensive product’s after a relaxing but also expensive massage. “if you want to take care of your body and care about your skin you REALLY should buy these. I politely said no thank you multiple times. It was just too much for me and I left feeling good but not what I had hoped for.

I was very satisfied. I could have used deeper pressure. I could have used the time balanced out differently on my body parts. It was my first time with Kai though and he did a good job.

The focus of the massage was not on the areas that I requested.

Massage was good until the last 15 minutes when the pressure was painful and left me sore when I left and the following day.

The amount of time spent on the actual massage gets cut short sometimes.

Feel the cost for an extra on the facial is too high. They just raised the price from$20 to $30. Felt $20 was worth it, but not $30 already on top of what I am paying is too much. It’s advertised as a 60 minute facial, but sometimes I am lucky to get 40-45 minutes.. at a minimum should be 50 minutes for the cost. I have gone to other salons and their times are better.
