Confirming appointments has been difficult or non existent. Not sure how much I am spending. Would like to pause full payments more easily.

The only issue I had was the therapist should maybe trim her finger nails I kept feeling her fingernails on my back

I’m satisfied with the services. It’s not as convenient to get there from when I first signed up. Need a Hand & Stone closer to my house :)

Nothing in particular. I’ve been coming here for several years now.

The value has gone down significantly over the years. The previous owners of this location really took care of clients with member only appreciation events. Staff doesn't use old packages so now I'm unable to get upgrades because the value of the packages are less.

It is difficult to find available times with my FT work schedule. I have so many banked up that I can't get a chance to use them and I can't cancel my membership because it has to be active (I know I can pay for this, but I am not going to pay even more money to use what I have already purchase). I am trying to use mine up so I can end my membership.

while the check in area is clean and relaxing the bathrooms are in need of dusting especially the fake flowers on the counters. the hall way has large holes in the wall from a sign that need touch up and are an eye sore. while the beds are warm with the tables on it is still in my opinion still a few degrees too cold. I'd like a hot towel offered after every visit to help wipe off any extra lotion, i find that this is usually a question asked. i have not been offered a hot towel after a service in quite a long time. i could tell you exactly when based on the last massage with a certain massage therapist though.

Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience. I would've liked a more thorough massage, not just of my main problem areas, but my Massage Therapist was very thorough with those problem zones. Additionally, staff was welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. Next time I will ask for less pressure, as well as, a more comprehensive massage.

The membership is expensive and adding extras services to the appointment is pretty expensive. My aesthetician is now longer there. Location is not convenient. My last service was really good.

The actual massage felt short. I felt like I was just starting to relax when she said it was done.
