My massage was just ok, not great. My previous massage turned out to be deep tissue even though I clearly said deep tissue is too painful for me, and I still spent an hour in pain. I conveyed this too this week’s new masseuse and perhaps I made him gun shy, but he just lightly glossed over the areas of concern. I think I haven’t found my person again since Alan left.

my facial was fantastic and everything about that appointment. However,. My massage her hands were freezing and so was the lotion she used so wasn't super relaxing. I made mention twice but she didn't do anything about it

Way too much up selling and then unfriendly when not agreeing to additional $250 in services. I found this to be very rude.

I kept my membership going during covid as I wanted to help small businesses. When I could finally start going back, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then I was put in a catch 22, I can't cancel as I will lose my prepaid services but if I don't cancel, I keep paying for services I cannot use for awhile. Once I was able to start receiving services, I was stuck using only therapists that had oncology training even though I had a letter from my Dr. stating I had no restrictions. I run my own small business so even though I am able to get services, my free time is very limited thus coordinating my free time and a good oncology therapist, is very difficult. I will cancel my membership once I have used up all my paid sessions and take a break for awhile.

The service and esthetician was very good. Unfortunately I called two weeks prior and was not able to get a massage and facial in the same visit

The therapist used too much pressure. I told him it was uncomfortable but he insisted the amount of pressure he was using would be beneficial.

I was satisfied in every way with the receptionist and with Korina. I just wanted a dermabrasion upgrade also like I’d had the visit prior.

I had wanted an appointment earlier in the day, not 8:30pm. I had asked for the same treatment I’d had on my visit prior, which included red light and some dermabrasion type treatment.
