I'm not impressed with the add-ons. There should be different facial packages to choose from that are included in the membership.

Your web site does a TERRIBLE job of explaining add on services. you cannot click an add on service and get an explanation. You need to filter add ons based on type of treatment they acn be added to!

Value, trying to sell membership as I was relaxed after massage

I came in for upper shoulders and headache relief, did not get that. Long drawn out pressure massage, almost seemed tired of using hands

My appointment was changed because my therapist became unavailable. This happened twice. The rooms are over air conditioned.

Received an email for $80 massage only to learn that it was only that price if I signed up for the membership. Otherwise I’d have to pay $140. Misleading email offer.

I was satisfied overall.

Very slow checkout process over 20 minutes to check out.

I felt extreme pressure while checking out after my massage due to the relentless push to sell a massage package. I did not want to enter into a contract or concentrate on a sales pitch right after coming out of a massage. The sales representative was quite pushy.

The only this I would of changed was spending more time on my back as I have knots that bother me and to much time was spent on legs and arms.
