There was another appointment in the room next to me and the laughing and talking of that client and masseuse was very loud throughout most of my session. Hard to tune them out but my masseuse was great and your music was relaxing.

I would like online portal to show all my upcoming appointments and would like confirmations to show who the appointment is with if I’ve chosen someone.

The staff, including reception staff and massage therapists, are professional, friendly, and welcoming. We are quite frustrated with how many appointments are being cancelled. More than half of our appointments have been cancelled by the spa during the past six months, all of them because the therapist has called in sick. This has happened with several different therapists. The manager says she is equally frustrated. The receptionist feels terrible to have to call clients to cancel. This is not sustainable.

The pricing did not match the website pricing. Initial appointments had to be rescheduled for different day and paid twice the amount as the website "trial" pricing.

Staffing is challenging. Ive had two appointments cancel because a therapist isn’t available and when I ask for my membership to be put on hold for 3 months - the form only allows for one. I’m busy and don’t have time to continually call. The receptionist needs to be trained to understand that the waiting in person customer is the priority.

I asked for hot towels on my feet and back and in the past have always received it. I asked at the end why it wasn’t done and the answer was,” I have lots of clients.” I don't believe I should receive a lesser service because of the work load!!!!

Friendly staff, but prices seemed to go up, and fees for prenatal was never told about up front. Once I found a good massage therapist definitely helped.

The booking feature on the website is not user friendly. Also I have a difficult time finding appointments that match my availability.
