I've always liked my massage therapist Dwan, but the front desk staff has been very shakey. They've gone the spectrum from really welcoming to very rude and made me ask to cancel. After speaking with the manager I felt better about it and this month the service was better. I manage a call center and understand the importance of good customer service and the current difficulty in finding quality people, but my services went up in price and the experience doesn't always match that. I'm on the fence.

Receptionist did not say anything to me when I arrived for appointment. I waited almost 10 minutes to check in.

I had asked the receptionist to pre-send me the check in information. Nothing was sent to me. Maddie was very sweet and kind. She just wanted to chat during the massage. :) Which I don't mind. But also, wanted to de-stress and relax.

Scheduled online and completed my health form. Got a call a couple days later asking if I could reschedule 30 minutes later, which was fine. Then got two reminder texts— which seemed like overkill. Products and services were very expensive and not worth the service/products in my opinion. Pushy on selling products and monthly package. My esthetician was fabulous- her name was Abby.

My massage therapist was AMAZING! However, front desk was not the best. She wasn’t very friendly, didn’t smile once. She pushed me to purchase the deal and I said “no thank you” but she kept going!!! I said no. That should be final. (She has red hair)

Jolynn had to cancel out appointment at the last minute. That's fine. Things happen. But when someone from the salon called to let me know, they didn't leave a message explaining that she wouldn't be there at my appointment, but I could see someone else at the same time.

After my appointment I advised the receptionist I needed to freeze my account as I am going on maternity leave. They advised I could only freeze for one month because of covid. Maternity leave should be treated completely different. I was ultimately given two months, but have to complete the paperwork again if I need another month. Come on! Make it easier for pregnant women PLEASE
