not enough staff and I felt rushed to even ask any questions plus not having the schedule for the following month out to make another appointment

There were some issues with keeping the heat on in my massage room and I was the first appointment of the morning so the room was kind of cold. My therapist did a great job adjusting the bed warmer and working with the heat to get it going again.

Everything went very well. Only thing I didnt get full 50 minutes. Only got 45 minutes. Started at 6 min after hr n done 9 min to next hr. She did a super good job on massage though. Just wish could have had full 50 minutes.

It was super expensive. My usual estitician had Covid so I went somewhere else I had previous experience with. I think I will probably stick to my other place due to price unless something else comes up where I can't get in to her.

The receptionist was nice but the massage therapist made me feel rushed and didn’t explain things. There were also times it felt she was being lazy or distracted and not gentle so I wasn’t a lie to feel as relaxed as I have with massages I’ve received in the past at other facilities

I would have liked the room to be a little nicer. It felt a little bit dirty, but not spotless either. I was very happy with the overall massage just a little cleaner more sleek in room experience I think would help.

It is hard to get in contact with someone for appointment questions, which have cause me to be charged for appointments I could not make.

The ambiance of the front area could be more relaxing (music/lighting).

I've had a membership with hand and stone for quite a wile now. some of the rooms need new pain and some spiffing up. bathroom soap dispensers need a deep clean, they are looking rather gross (built up soap). just the little things one notices as time passes. Unsure if I will keep my membership with the increase in the monthly cost...
